Currently, there are delivery delays for packages bound for the following areas (including pickup at sales offices).

■ Areas where package acceptance has been suspended
• Packages from all over the country bound for Kyoto, Shiga, Hyogo, and Wakayama prefectures
• Packages from Kyoto, Shiga, Hyogo, and Wakayama prefectures bound for all over the country
• Packages from all over the country bound for Tottori Prefecture, parts of Shimane Prefecture, and parts of Okayama Prefecture
• Packages from Tottori Prefecture, parts of Shimane Prefecture, and parts of Okayama Prefecture bound for all over the country

■ Areas with significant package delivery delays
• Packages from all over the country bound for Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures
• Packages from Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures bound for all over the country
* Acceptance of these packages has resumed with the understanding that there will be significant delays.

■ Areas where package collection and delivery services have been suspended
• Osaka Prefecture (Izumisano City, Hannan City, Sennan City, Sennan District)
* Package acceptance at sales office counters is operating as usual.
