Returns and Refunds

Products purchased from our online store may only be returned or refunded if one of the following conditions is met:

(1) For returns/exchanges due to customer convenience
If the following conditions are met, we will accept returns or exchanges and refund the product price and its consumption tax.

The product, its box, accessories, and inclusions must all be present, unused, and free from dirt, damage, or breakage.

 *This is conditional on contacting us for return/exchange and returning the product within 2 days of product arrival.
 *Pre-order items, sale items, or discounted items are exceptions.
 *Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
 *For returns, please notify us in advance at "e-store@fsf.co.jp". After confirmation, we will inform you of the return method via email.
  Please wait for our email reply before proceeding with the return.
  (Please note that if the product is returned before our reply, we may not be able to accept the returned item.)



(2) If the product has a defect or other flaw
If condition 1 below is met, and we recognize that either condition 2 or 3 is met, we will refund the full product price and its consumption tax.

 1. The product was purchased less than 7 days ago.
 2. The cause of the flaw is an initial defect.
(We cannot accommodate issues such as rips, tears, fraying, damage, stains, creases from wear, abrasion, color unevenness, fading, deterioration due to long-term storage, folding creases, odors, etc.)
 3. The incorrect product was delivered due to our error.
*If multiple products were purchased at the same time and only some are returned, only the price of the returned products and their consumption tax will be refunded. Any costs incurred at the time of purchase cannot be refunded. Please be aware of this in advance.
The shipping cost for returns will be borne by us. Please send the product back using cash on delivery.


【Conditions for Non-Returnable Items】Please note that the following items cannot be returned.
 1. Products with detached or lost product tags/labels.
 2. Products that have acquired odors, stains, or damage while in the customer's possession.
 3. Products (including boxes and accessories) whose condition has significantly changed from the time of delivery when returned to us.
 4. Used products, or products that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
 5. Returns and exchanges for products purchased at stores or online sites other than ours.
