We do not issue receipts. (The delivery note serves the same purpose.)
*If you use convenience store payment, the receipt issued by the convenience store cashier is considered the official document, so please use that.
Please note that if there are any errors in the displayed prices, your order will be automatically canceled, even if it has already been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding your order
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
*Returns and exchanges are possible after receiving the product.

Returns are accepted in accordance with our return and refund policy.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

If we are unable to arrange an exchange due to out-of-stock items, we will issue a refund.
Regarding Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the day after your order is confirmed (or the payment confirmation date for convenience store payments).
*Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
*Please note that delays may occur due to holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier circumstances, or other reasons.
*Shipments are arranged in order, but there may be variations depending on warehouse operations.
*If you place separate orders, each order number will be shipped individually. (We do not combine shipments.)
We ceased offering timed delivery services on August 1, 2020.
If you require a specific delivery time, please arrange it directly with the delivery company.
Shipping is a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) nationwide.

当オンラインストアでは、通常「置き配」でのお届けは承っておりません。
置き配をご希望の場合は、配送会社様が提供する各種サービスより、お客様ご自身にてお手続きをお願いいたします。
なお、置き配指定にて配達完了となった後の紛失・盗難・汚損・破損等につきましては、当店では責任を負いかねます。

About Out-of-Stock Items

If you are unable to register your coupon code, the following possibilities may apply:

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
