Regarding the point service

About Point Accrual

Points will be accrued when purchasing products from our company, only if all of the following conditions are met:
① Eligible stores: Official online store
② Payment methods: Specified credit cards and other payment methods handled by our company.
③ Exclusions: Repair fees, processing fees, consumption tax, shipping fees, gift card purchases, and purchases of other products/services designated by our company. Please note that the amount paid using points will also be excluded from the purchase amount.
④ Points cannot be transferred to a third party.
⑤ Points will be awarded after the product has been shipped.

How Points are Calculated

Points are calculated based on the point rate corresponding to the total purchase amount for a single transaction.


Total Purchase Amount / Point Rate

¥10,000 or more / 1%
¥30,000 or more / 3%
¥60,000 or more / 5%
¥100,000 or more / 8%
¥200,000 or more / 10%
¥500,000 or more / 15%
¥1,000,000 or more / 20%

*If no purchase is made for one year from the date of the last purchase, all point balances will expire.

Using Points

① Each point can be used as ¥1.
② Points can be used for product purchases at our official online store.
③ Members cannot convert points into cash under any circumstances.
④ Only registered members can use points.
⑤ Points cannot be transferred to a third party.
⑥ Points are linked to the registered email address, so points from multiple email addresses cannot be combined.
⑦ Under no circumstances can points be used after purchase, nor can points be added later or modified/corrected.
⑧ Points cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or discount campaigns.
⑨ We may change the point program without prior notice.
